RETURN policy:

1. General Provisions.
This user agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, applies to all orders placed on the website https://wellness-device.com/, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, by the buyer, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” with the wellness-device.com online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” , on the terms specified in the agreement.
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller at the time of placing the order.
1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Site, is a public offer.
1.3 The inclusion of the Buyer’s own terms and conditions is not recognized unless the Seller has given express written consent.

If it is impossible to contact the buyer, this order is considered canceled.
3. Registration in the wellness-device.com online store.

4. The procedure for purchasing goods.

5. Delivery and acceptance and transfer of goods.
5.1. Delivery of goods by the seller is carried out after 100% of payment of the order by the buyer.
5.2. Delivery of goods ordered in the wellness-device.com online store in agreed quantities and assortment is carried out by the delivery service within the delivery zone indicated by the seller at the delivery address indicated by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. The costs of delivery of goods are paid by the buyer at the tariffs indicated when placing an order.
5.4. The buyer is obliged to pay all customs expenses/import fees and VAT, when the goods arrive in his country of destination, according to the laws for the import of goods into the country of the buyer.
5.5. Sending and delivery of the ordered goods is made on time agreed with the buyer.
5.6. The buyer is obliged in the presence of a representative of the delivery service to check the ordered goods by quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of goods.
6. Payment of goods.
6.1. Payment of the order by the Buyer is carried out in terms of the methods specified in the wellness-device.com online store by 100% prepayment.
7. Return of goods.
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods after receiving it within seven days. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified goods (consignment note, cash receipt). During this period, the buyer is obliged to notify the manager of the wellness-device.com store in writing at the email address info@denas.store about the desire to return the goods.
7.2. The buyer is not entitled to abandon the goods of proper quality, which has individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the buyer acquiring it.
7.3. If the buyer refuses the goods, the seller returns the amount of money paid for the goods, minus the amount of expenses of the wellness-device.com online store, related to the delivery of goods to the buyer and the export of the goods from the buyer, no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the goods from the buyer .
8. Other.

disclosed on other grounds provided by the agreement of the Parties.
8.5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing the changes on the Site at wellness-device.com , unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
8.6. The Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and contains the rules for making purchases in the wellness-device.com online store.
8.7. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the seller issues the buyer a cash or sales receipt, or another document confirming payment for the goods, or from the moment the seller receives a message of intent to purchase the goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
